Project Management
The effort to develop a complex commercial opportunity in the oil and gas industry (or other industries) is typically organized as a project. That needs to be skillfully managed to achieve the objectives agreed with the sponsor(s) and stakeholders.
This course will address all major issues in the development and specification of an oil & gas development, from reservoir to product delivery to client and will assist participants to develop their technical and management knowledge in preparation for a (senior) project engineering role.

8. To be aware of risk management, project services, value assurance, contracting and procurement
9. To be aware of quality assurance, health safety environment, process safety, management of changeNOTE: Objectives for each day will be discussed with the participants and will be verified at closure of each day.

This training event is designed for staff in functions who govern Capital Projects from identification of an opportunity up to start-up of the resulting facility.

NOTE:
Although the course is aimed at a “Knowledge” (Understand) level, practical exercises and case studies will form an integral part of the learning process.
